CR wrote: There are few innocents in this tragic space. Those who suffered most (wives and children), they have the least responsibility. The rest of us will find it harder to make such a claim. That includes Lonmin’s management, board and also unions NUM and Amcu, police. Through our action and inaction we share responsibility.

Mpofu says this will form the basis of his cross-examination.
